How to use

1. Gently dry your teeth with a tissue so the strip sticks well.
2. Peel a strip from its backing liner.
3. Place the gel side against your teeth, lined up with the gum line. Press gently and fold the rest of the strip behind your teeth.
4. Wear for 30 minutes, then peel off and discard. Rinse or brush away any remaining gel.
5. Follow the instructions on the pack for how many days to use them.
