Our team may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before delivery.
6. Payment. Orders are currently fulfilled using Cash on Delivery (COD). Payment is made in cash to the courier at the time of delivery.
7. Shipping and Delivery. We offer free delivery across all of Oman, and orders are typically delivered within 3 business days. Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate to avoid delays. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.
8. Back Orders and Availability. Inventory levels may vary due to order volume. In the rare event that an item is unavailable after you order, we will contact you as soon as possible by phone, WhatsApp, or email to arrange a replacement, an adjusted order, or a cancellation.

10. Typos and Errors. beautywellnessoman is not responsible for typographical errors of any kind, including those relating to product descriptions or prices.
