Damaged, wrong or faulty items

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or faulty product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Unopened items

For hygiene and safety reasons, beauty, skincare and personal-care products can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and in their original sealed packaging. Please contact us first before sending anything back.

How to request a return

  1. Message us on WhatsApp or via our Contact page with your order number.
  2. Tell us the issue (a photo helps for damaged or wrong items).
  3. We will guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

Once a return is approved and received, we process your refund or replacement promptly. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are arranged in the most convenient way for you.
