Return and Refund Policy

At Beauty & Wellness Oman, we are committed to providing you with high-quality, 100% authentic products and a satisfactory shopping experience. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be in their original condition, unused, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Beauty and skincare products are non-returnable once opened or used, due to hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, contact our Customer Service team via WhatsApp at +968 7500 5440 or email beautywellnessoman@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days and applied to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, as quickly as possible.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven't received your refund, first check your bank account, then contact your payment provider, as posting can take time. If you've done this and still have not received it, please contact us.
