How to use

Wet skin, lather a small amount for 30–60 seconds, rinse well. Start once a day and increase to twice daily if tolerated. Benzoyl peroxide can bleach towels and pillowcases — rinse thoroughly and use white towels. Always follow with moisturiser and SPF 50 in the morning.

Benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid — which is better for my breakouts?
Benzoyl peroxide targets bacteria and inflamed pimples; salicylic acid targets blackheads and clogged pores. Many people use this wash at night and a salicylic acid cleanser in the morning.

Will it dry my skin?
Less than most 4% BPO washes because of the ceramides, but some dryness in the first weeks is normal. Reduce to once a day and moisturise.

Can I use it on my back and chest?
Yes — it is effective for body breakouts.
