Hair Fall in Oman: What Actually Works (Rosemary, Biotin & PDRN)

Hair fall solutions in Oman

Hair fall is the number one question on our WhatsApp. Oman's hard water, high heat and constant AC all stress the scalp, and most people respond by switching shampoo every two weeks — which changes nothing. Here is a plan that does.

Week 1–8: the routine

  1. Scalp first. Hair grows from a healthy scalp, not from the lengths. A rosemary-mint oil massaged in 2–3 nights a week improves circulation: see Mielle Rosemary Mint Scalp & Hair Oil.
  2. Gentle strengthening shampoo. Sulfate-free, with amino acids or biotin: Heimish RX Amino Biotin Shampoo. Wash every 2–3 days, not daily.
  3. Conditioner on lengths onlyMielle Rosemary Mint Conditioner; keep it off the roots.
  4. A leave-in scalp treatment. This is the step most people skip. VT PDRN Needle Shot Hair Ampoule or The Ordinary Multi-Peptide Hair Density Serum, applied to the scalp nightly.
  5. From the inside. Biotin, zinc and protein matter — see collagen & biotin supplements; ask a doctor first if pregnant or on medication.

What to expect

Shedding usually slows noticeably by week 4–6. New baby hairs along the hairline appear around week 8–12. Photograph your parting on day 1 so you can see the difference.

When to see a doctor

Sudden patchy loss, or loss with fatigue and brittle nails, can point to thyroid or iron issues — a simple blood test rules these out and no product will fix them.
