We deliver to every governorate in the Sultanate of Oman — Muscat, Al Batinah, Dhofar, Ad Dakhiliyah, Ash Sharqiyah, Al Dhahirah, Al Buraimi, Al Wusta and Musandam — and to the United Arab Emirates.

Delivery cost — Oman

FREE delivery on all orders of 10 OMR or more.
2.000 OMR flat delivery fee on orders under 10 OMR.

Delivery cost — United Arab Emirates

FREE delivery on all orders of 20 OMR (≈ 190 AED) or more.
3.000 OMR (≈ 29 AED) flat delivery fee on orders under 20 OMR.

Delivery time

Muscat: usually next working day. Other Oman governorates: 1–3 working days. UAE: 3–5 working days. Delivery may take slightly longer during public holidays, Eid and peak periods.

Payment

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in Oman and the UAE — pay the courier in cash when your order arrives. Card payment at checkout is also accepted. Prices are charged in OMR; UAE customers see an approximate AED price on the site.

Order processing

Orders are confirmed by WhatsApp or phone and dispatched as quickly as possible. Please make sure your phone number and address are correct — our courier will call before delivery.

Missed deliveries

If the courier cannot reach you, they will call you to reschedule. Orders that cannot be delivered after two attempts are returned to us; please contact us to arrange redelivery.
