Are your products 100% authentic?

Yes. Every product we sell is genuine, sealed in original packaging with its batch code intact. We never sell imitations or counterfeits. Read our Authenticity Guarantee.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (الدفع عند الاستلام)?

Yes — Cash on Delivery is available on every order in Oman and the UAE. You pay the courier in cash when your order arrives. No card is required. Card payment at checkout is also available.

How much does delivery cost?

Oman: FREE delivery on orders of 10 OMR or more; orders under 10 OMR have a flat 2.000 OMR delivery fee. We deliver to every governorate — Muscat, Sohar, Salalah, Nizwa, Sur, Buraimi and more.

United Arab Emirates: FREE delivery on orders of 20 OMR (≈ 190 AED) or more; orders under 20 OMR have a flat 3.000 OMR (≈ 29 AED) delivery fee.

How long does delivery take?

Muscat: usually next working day. Other Oman governorates: 1–3 working days. UAE: 3–5 working days. Remote areas may take slightly longer. We confirm every order and keep you updated.

Do you deliver outside Oman?

Yes — we deliver to the United Arab Emirates (3–5 working days, free from 20 OMR, cash on delivery available). Select your country from the language & country menu at the top of the site. Other GCC countries coming soon.

How do I place an order?

Order directly on the website, or message us on WhatsApp +968 7500 5440 and we will place the order for you. Either way you can pay cash on delivery.

Will you confirm my order?

Yes. After you order we contact you (usually by WhatsApp) to confirm your details and delivery address before dispatch.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Sealed, unopened items can be returned within 30 days. For hygiene reasons opened skincare, hair care, cosmetics and supplements cannot be returned. Damaged or wrong items are replaced free if you message us within 48 hours of delivery. See Returns & Refunds.

How do I know which product suits my skin?

Message us on WhatsApp with your skin type and concern (acne, dark spots, dryness, sensitivity) and we will recommend a routine — no obligation to buy.
