Every product sold on Beauty & Wellness Oman is 100% genuine. We do not sell copies, "replicas", refills or testers presented as retail products.
How we source
- Products are purchased from trusted, verified suppliers of the original brands.
- Every item is sent sealed in original manufacturer packaging with its batch code intact.
- We check batch codes and expiry dates before dispatch.
How you can check
- Seal: outer seal and inner foil/cap seal are intact.
- Batch code: printed or embossed on the box and the product — they match. Many brands (CeraVe, The Ordinary, La Roche-Posay, COSRX) let you verify batch codes on their official sites.
- Texture and scent: match the brand's official description on our product page.
- Packaging photos: message us on WhatsApp before you order and we will send a photo of the exact sealed item.
Our promise
If you ever receive a product you believe is not authentic, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We will collect it at our cost and give you a full refund.
